Summary

Over the course of my 15+ year career, I have had the opportunity to combine strong communication and people skills with my ability to influence change and transformation from the Executive level through cross-functional business operations all the way to the Customer Experience (CX). Working across departments and with different organizational levels refined my change management and project implementation skills.

 

I offer a hands-on approach to Management and Marketing Consulting Services in order to truly understand your customer, team and business needs while crafting successful action plans and driving effective implementation. Throughout my career, I have worked with and for both private and public global companies: Fortune 100, Fortune 500, start-ups and a range of small, mid-sized and large companies. With a focus on customer-first company culture, business, processes and marketing, positive results can be achieved across any industry or company. 


I provide and support global and domestic collaboration while based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I have local reach in the Northeast Georgia region, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina, however, I work with and travel for clients across the world.
